If you do choose to call or email the complex, we want you to know that using the local number or sending an email will result in your establishing a business relationship with us, which allows us to respond to you or to communicate with you for a future period through phone calls or email. Also, when you call our apartment complex at the local number, your origination phone number will be captured along with the date and time of the call and your name and address may also be captured, if available.
- Renting or Leasing Property.
GHCLiving.com is a service we provide to help bring us together with prospective residents. The price and other terms of any lease remain subject to direct negotiation between us. While it is our intent to act honorably and treat everyone fairly, please be aware that if you apply to be a resident at our complex and if you become one of our residents, the documentation related to those transactions will control if there are any differences between that documentation and the information you find here at GHCLiving.com
- Links to Other Sites.
For your convenience, we may make available a variety of links to other websites that we don’t operate where you can obtain related products and services, including but not limited to rent payment, credit and background checks, online apartment availability, utility connection, and lease information. GHC Living is not responsible for the products or services these vendors provide. You release GHC Living and its affiliates from any damages that you may incur, and agree not to assert any claims against them, arising from your purchase or use of third-party supplied products and services.

If you are a vendor to the apartment industry, you are not to use this site as a means of communicating with us. We agree to use your email address only for purposes of communicating with you about the potential of you becoming our resident, or once a resident in our community, communicating information related to your occupancy in your apartment home and our apartment complex. This Visitor Agreement has been made in and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio. By using this website, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, with respect to all disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement or use of this website.
