Our core priority is to make improvements to our 1930-1970’s multi family housing that provides a better living experience for our tenants while maintaining the affordability they need.
All GHC Living properties feature exterior LED lighting and security cameras along with roof and foundation updates to ensure the property is structurally sound.
We actively evaluate and make improvements to the electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, making efficiency and sustainability a priority with LED lighting and water saving plumbing improvements.
Our livability driven upgrades include luxury vinyl tile, stainless-steel appliances, bathroom refinishing, and providing SMART (connected) homes.
Throughout the process, we keep tenants’ needs at the forefront of our minds.
