All GHC Living properties feature exterior LED lighting and security cameras along with roof and foundation updates to ensure the property is structurally sound.

We actively evaluate and make improvements to the electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, making efficiency and sustainability a priority with LED lighting and water saving plumbing improvements.

Our livability driven upgrades include luxury vinyl tile, stainless-steel appliances, bathroom refinishing, and providing SMART (connected) homes.

Throughout the process, we keep tenants’ needs at the forefront of our minds.
